Meet The Founder
Ashley Denham, BSN, RN, Founder
I began my career as a registered nurse in 2014, inspired by my passion for caring for babies. As a nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, I possess training and knowledge, enabling me to care for both healthy newborns and critically ill neonates. My expertise includes lactation support, car seat safety, and infant care. I am certified in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). As a mother of two, I take great pride in offering exceptional care and support to families as they navigate the journey of parenthood.
The Why Behind Nurtureley
I founded Nurtureley to turn my passion for caring for babies into a role that supports families during a joyful; yet, sometimes delicate period. After experiencing motherhood, I recognized that many parents encounter similar challenges. I realized that if I could help even one family, I would be making a significant impact. This inspiration led to the creation of Nurtureley, an infant care agency dedicated to providing the utmost care for babies and supporting their families.

We understand that taking care of a newborn(s) can be overwhelming. That is why our team of qualified Infant Care Specialists are here to support your family during this time of healing and learning. Together we can make an individualized care plan that is tailored to your family's needs and as your newborn(s) grow and develop we are able to reassess our plan and ensure your family continues to be well supported. Our goal is for our families to feel comfortable and confident caring for their infant(s).
