Our Policies

• We provide compassionate and nurturing care you can count on! 

• We offer support and helpful tips to our families and respect your wishes and beliefs.

• As guests in your home we will always respect your home and your privacy. Our care professionals sign confidentiality agreements. 

• We offer care from every night of the week to twice per week for as many weeks as your family needs. We have an eight hour shift minimum.

• Our infant care professionals function in a non-medical capacity and; therefore, we ask that you consult your pediatrician for medical advice and questions.

• Our infant care professionals are rigorously vetted through background checks, reference checks, and immunization screenings that way you can rest soundly.

• We know that life can be hectic at times. To ensure we can always staff your family appropriately, we ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations when possible.

• We are very flexible and are happy to discuss scheduling so that we can best meet your family's needs. We are here for you!

In Home Infant Care Classes — Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Payment of $500 is due in full at the time of booking to secure your session.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or a one-time reschedule at no additional charge.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable. You may reschedule once within 30 days of the original session date for a rebooking fee of $50.

• No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling.

• Nurtureley reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In this case, a full refund or complimentary reschedule will be offered.
